Rosemary’s presenting career started in the IT industry were she held various high profile positions. Her roles involved her demonstrating software solutions and consulting to a wide range of people; from the meeting rooms, to conference and exhibition halls. Now having made the transition to the media industry, Rosemary is a voice over artist, ‘Positive Parenting’ columnist for Pride magazine, and our week day presenter right here on Colourful Radio.
Rosemary is interested in social and economic issues surrounding family values, contributing on these matters as a panellist on Press TV. Rosemary’s other interest lies in children books. She has penned stories aimed at primary school children. The engaging stories enlighten and celebrate the multi cultural and diverse society that we live in today. Ever hopeful as she continues her journey, Rosemary believes that life is truly what you make it!

Karla is a Playwright, Journalist, Editor and Broadcaster. She has written for a number of publications including Theatre Mania in New York, Flavour Magazine, and black cultural website Catch A Vibe. She has interviewed a whole host of names including pop sensation JLS, Janet Jackson, filmmaker Tyler Perry as well as Ashley Walters and X Factor winner Alexandra Burke. She was selected for the Royal Shakespeare Company’s year long Journalist Bursary Programme in 2008 and is currently the Arts & Entertainment Editor for Evolve Magazine. Karla has also worked in radio and co-presented the Arts & Entertainment show The Culture Club on Global Media backed community station Reach FM and has also presented theatre shows on Resonance FM. As a playwright Karla has had plays read at the Oval House Theatre, Soho Theatre and The Albany and her third play,
My Life, was produced at the Warehouse Theatre in April 2006. She has worked with Talawa Theatre Company and Tell Tara Theatre and was accepted on the Critical Mass writers group at the Royal Court Theatre in 2008.
