Pastor Jarrett Perdue
Pastor Jarrett came to Christ at the tender age of 10 and has faithfully continued to follow the call to serve God through different capacities & offices in the church. He is a drummer and in the early days served in the music department before moving on to teach Sunday school and later working with the youth. The youth work steered him into what he’s doing today, as it wasn’t long before he became Vice President of the Illinois District Council Young People’s Union later becoming the State President of the same organisation in 2014!
Pastor Jarrett has also worked in the Chicago school district with the students that have been labelled with behavioural disorders. This led him to create multiple programs in the school district to help children previously kicked out of school, to have a chance to graduate and go on to high school, college, or trade school.
Pastor Jarrett has travelled internationally preaching and believes that we have no time to waste. We must work while it is day. Romans 13:11 and that knowing the time, now is it high time to wake out of sleep, for now our salvation is nearer than when we believed.
