Dale Pinnock (aka the Medicinal Chef) knows what foods really do your body good, and why. He has degrees in Human Nutrition and Herbal Medicine and a Masters in Nutritional Medicine in addition to working as a chef so knows what foods really do your body good and the importance of using affordable, accessible ingredients to make it easy for everyone to unlock the full potential of the nutrients.
He also collaborates regularly with GPs and other health professionals to teach people that good diet is instrumental in good health.
Dale has written seven previous best-selling titles, all published with Quadrille. He will be opening his first healthy restaurant, Sano, in central London this year and is currently working on a new series with ITV.
