Their restaurant based lunches provide a platform for industry leaders to empower enterprising professionals into action through the exchange of ideas and thought provoking conversation. Jen Scott is an entrepreneur born and raised in London, she studied business management and marketing at Brunel University and proceeded to work in the fast paced sector of business development and marketing adding significant value to various organisations. A passionate creative and business enthusiast, Jen started her first venture in the fashion industry, with her label OnesCouture which featured in London Fashion Week 2008. Jen has since been instrumental in organising a series of fashion and music events and became a radio presenter for a short while before graduating. In 2009 she co-founded award winning hair extension brand Hair-iD Virgin Hair Specialists, which currently provides luxury hair extensions to an international client base. She has written for some of the UK’s leading Hair & Beauty publications and presented on various panels within the hair industry. Jen is an advocate for female empowerment, and in 2014, co-founded Hustle & Heels Ladies Lunch which is a social enterprise dedicated to creating unique networking environments for like-minded women to connect. This platform allows her to inspire other millennial’s into action and empower them to develop their own entrepreneurial and professional interests.
Jay Tav is a London based entrepreneur with a legal background. Having studied law Jay went on to qualify as a corporate solicitor whilst also gaining hands on experience having set up her own company with her business partner in 2009. As co-founder of the hair extension company Hair-iD Virgin Hair Specialists, Jay is passionate about business and providing services and products to enhance the lifestyle of the clients she serves. Jay’s joint passion for business and
personal development led to the creation of a women’s networking platform (the Hustle & Heels Ladies Lunch series) aimed at providing female business owners with the inspiration and business contacts needed to propel their businesses to the next level. Jay continues to work primarily with women through both businesses and has begun a number of ventures working with reputable brands wanting to diversify and enrich their company profile through the support of her companies.
