Surveys mean prizes...

MoreGreetings, Colourful community. Yes, it needed something powerful to tempt me back into the blogosphere, and I think this is it. We're fast approaching our sixth birthday and we're thinking of ways to celebrate this landmark, which falls on May 30th. An obvious one is to say thanks to all those of you who've supported us since those heady days back in October 2005, when we did our online pilot, and from the following May in earnest. The number of you who've become members of the colourful radio site has reached nearly 19,000; also there are nearly over 6,200 of you who "like" us on Facebook; and nearly 1,600 of you following us on Twitter. This is great stuff, knowing we've created a community that thousands of you have chosen to belong to. But we'd like more, so I'm going to task each one of you to tell at least a couple more people how great we are and where to find us!
Another obvious way of celebrating our sixth birthday is to reward a lucky few of you with some really good prizes. Sorry, I can't let you into these yet, but they're well worth winning. So please spend a couple of minutes filling in the online survey - that helps us to know more about you, and to meet your expectations of us as a radio station and a movement. And keep the feedback coming through www.colourfulradio.com, and all the social networking platforms, whether it's about Brad's Soulful Soundtrack, Stretch's latest US interview, Julie Ann's gossip, or Elayne's lessons in patois.
